Following mon ths worth of rumors, Microsoft have confirmed that the Xbox One will be upgraded through Project Scorpio, coming Holiday 2017. The new upgrade will feature an eight-core processor, with 6 terraflops of power, allowing for true 4K gaming, as well as virtual reality. The company has promised that 100% of Xbox One games and accessories will run across the entire suite of Xbox platforms, so that owners of the original Xbox One as well as the new Slim console will not be left behind.
