Here’s all the Persona News From Last Night
Reach out to the truth!

Sorry this isn’t more timely everyone, I was asleep like a normal person at the bullshit hour all of this stuff was posted. Be warned I’m gonna be a bit careless about Persona 3/4 spoilers in this post, so if you haven’t played them, please do so. I’ll wait.

Alright onto the news! Three new Persona games were announced last night. The first one I’ll bring up is Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth. From what has been gathered, it’s a dungeon crawler RPG set during the events of both Persona 3 and 4 and has been said to be canon. You can choose to play as either SEES or the Investigation Team, which means it’s two games in one, since you get completely separate options and interactions based on who you are. This game will be released on 3DS in Japan on June 5th, 2014. No US date has been confirmed. Here’s the trailer!

Next up is Persona 4: The Ulitmax Ultra Suplex Hold. This game was announced before, but it has a new trailer. The new character, Sho, is revealed to be the villain, and Adachi, the main villain from Persona 4, is teased to make an appearance. This game will come out on PS3 consoles, and will be in Japanese arcades in four days.

There’s also going to be a Persona 4 rhythm/dancing game on the Vita from the people that made Miku Project F. Please…just watch the trailer.

And finally, Persona 5 is going to be released on PS3 late next year (in Japan). So don’t get rid of that PS3 yet, guys! We’re actually getting a Persona mainline game this/last gen! There’s a lot of talk about slavery in the teaser. Who knows what’s up?
